If you, as the parent or guardian, requests your students page to be deleted, there will be no refund of the registration fee. There are no refunds of the registration fee at any time. There are no refunds to any “Donation fee”.
To create a personal page on the SponsorMyProm, LLC., site for the purpose of raising money, a user must completely complete the registration form. A user is required to voluntarily give certain information such as full name, email address, school information and any information need to complete the registration process.
Limited information, like, first name, last name and a valid email address is required to those people looking to donate money to a Student. Since this website is for students, all transactions must be transparent and parents must know where all donations are coming from. This is an effort to avoid any type of inappropriate conduct from either side. Those people donating money, are not required to complete a registration form.
SponsorMyProm, LLC., is not liable for mismanagement or misappropriation of funds by the parents.

Funds collected on our site, are for the sole purpose of funding any High School Senior event or expense which is associated with being a High School Senior. Donate only to Students and Family Members that you know and trust. However there is no 100% guarantee that the Student or Family Member’s page contains accurate and/or truthful information. We at SponsorMyProm, LLC., encourage you to only donate to Students and Family Members you trust.
SponsorMyProm is not associated or aligned with any “Certified Charity”. SponsorMyProm, LLC., is not intended for the collection of funds for any “Certified Charity”, and or any “Charity”. SponsorMyProm, LLC., is intended only for the collection of funds for individual High School Students. Funds collected go directly into a parent or guardians PayPal account to be later withdrawn into a personal sub-account. Parents should set up their PayPal account with a monthly withdraw feature.
Beware of donation pages that attempt to bypass the prescribed donation method, IE, posting a direct link to alternative payment methods. Donate funds only using the “Donate Now” button which will be located on every Students page.
Users are required to use their authentic identities and pictures. Users may not create a page using an alias or nickname. For the protection of the Donors, Students are to always have an authentic identifier, ie, name or pictures, at all times, so the Doner always knows who they are donating to. Facebook accounts must be authentic.
Students must meet the above requirements at all times or the Students page me taken down.
SponsorMyProm.Com users receive all donations through their parent or guardian personal PayPal account. SponsorMyProm.Com only uses PayPal. Using the mentioned payment processing systems, user immediately receive donations into their parent or guardian PayPal account. A small security indicator, usually a lock icon or green bar, will appear in the web browser you’re using to insure your transaction is safe and secure.
Using alternative payment methods other than the prescribed payment method, is strictly prohibited by SponsorMyProm.Com. Any link redirecting the Donor to any other payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violations of the above will result in the deletion and termination of your account.
